At Shucked we are focusing on enhancing oysters, not overpowering them. 

As a brother and sister duo, we come from a long line of oyster lovers. Over the years our family has passed around numerous jars of dressings, forever tinkering with the recipes, seeking to perfect the oceans half shells.
