Refund Policy

 

If upon receiving your product/s you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase from Shucked Byron Bay, please contact us directly to discuss refund or exchange options.

(Some T&Cs apply to refunds - see below)

Refunds

Refunds are only valid for 24 hours upon receiving your products and are at the sole discretion of Shucked Byron Bay.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days (depending on your bank). 

Every order received at Shucked Byron Bay goes through a quality assurance check and is hand packed and double checked against your purchase order and mailing address to ensure it is correct. 

Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for a store credit or refund, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Images may be requested as proof of condition.

 

To complete your return, we require your order number details and proof of purchase.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us directly. 

 

Exchanges or Returns

We do not offer exchanges or returns on products due to our products being food items. We urge you to carefully review your purchases as there is no 'change of mind' policy.

If you do feel you need an exchange or need to return your products, please send us an email with proof of purchase and images of issues at hello@shuckedbyronbay.com for review. Store credits will be issued at the sole discretion of Shucked Byron Bay. 

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us to review, may vary.
